FAQs

Where are you located?

I’m based in the San Francisco Bay Area, California, and rent offices across different locations. Please reach out if you’re considering in-person sessions.

Home visits can be arranged upon request, with a travel fee depending on distance.

I also offer online sessions via Zoom for those in different locations, time zones, or who want more flexibility and convenience. The work is just as effective remotely as it is in person.

What is your fee?

Sessions range from $150–$200, with a deeper sliding scale available for those in need. If cost is a barrier, please reach out and share what you’re able to invest at this time.

Payment can be made via Venmo or Zelle before the start of each session.

How does a session work? How many sessions will I need?

Most sessions are 50 minutes, though longer sessions can be arranged if you’d like more time to settle in and explore.

A single session or occasional support may be enough for where you are right now.
Others find that regular sessions — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — help build consistency, momentum, and deeper shifts over time.

If we work together longer term, meeting regularly allows me to understand you more fully — your style, patterns, pace, and material — which strengthens our attunement, trust, and the depth of our work.

The pace and length of our work depend on what you’re exploring. Each session attunes to where you are in your process, tracking what’s shifting and making sure the direction feels right for you.

My intention is to support you in building embodied resilience, self-awareness, and a deeper connection with your own experience — whether we meet once or over time.

If you’re interested in working together, you can view or fill out the new client intake form here.

What should I expect in a session?

Whether in person or on Zoom, sessions begin with what feels most present for you — your interests, concerns, or anything arising in your body or experience that day.

Our work is less about the narrative and more about sensing the patterns held in the body — through sensation, perception, movement, and the subtle cues that arise from within. We slow down to the body’s pace and listen to the deep, non-verbal language that lives beneath thought. It can feel like entering a quieter, more spacious place where we can notice what arises and allow your experience to unfold naturally.

Sometimes the body reveals something unexpected.
Sometimes something subtle shifts.
Sometimes nothing remarkable happens in the moment — until something shifts later on, in its own time.

All of it — and everything in between — is welcome.

I’m still not sure if this is for me. Can you give me more pointers?

The best way is to connect with me for a free 20-minute intro call.

I can describe what this work is and what it might feel like, but nothing replaces simply meeting — being in each other’s presence, talking, listening, and sensing whether it feels right.

This call is also for me to sense whether I’m the right person to support you. If your needs are outside my scope, I’m more than happy to refer you to trusted colleagues who may be a better fit.

You’re also welcome to join my free monthly online circles to experience the work somatically and get a sense of my approach firsthand. More information can be found here.

Cancellation and rescheduling policy

Life happens, and emergencies are unavoidable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible — no less than 24 hours before your session.

Please respect the time and space we hold together.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee.

If you’re interested in receiving Osteopathic Manual Therapy (non-physician), please visit Nourish Osteo & Wellness and Be Well Natural Medicine for more information.

My offerings in somatic embodiment inquiry, whether 1:1 or in groups, are held in a non-clinical space and not tied to any single modality. This allows room for creativity, honesty, and the exploration of what genuinely supports each person.
